Ekonk Hill Turkey Farm’s Brown Cow Café opened in April 2006, named after our brown Jersey cow Blossom. She even has a signature flavor, Blossom’s Delight, which is just as sweet as she was! We have all your ice cream needs, from fresh made waffle cones, milkshakes, & sundaes with homemade whipped cream! Our flavors rotate weekly so make sure to try seasonal flavors like blueberry, sweet corn, & pumpkin before they are gone!
